W.J. POST, Inc. is a full service mechanical contractor. Founded in 1977 by William Post Sr, W.J. Post, Inc. is the next generation of the mechanical contracting firm of Peter Post and Son, Inc. which was established in 1945. Since the industry continuously changes due to new technology, government regulations and environmental standards, W.J. Post, Inc. prides itself on being one of the leaders in the industry. We work closely with the region's most reputable facilities managers, general contractors, engineers, architects and building owners to provide the highest quality of service and satisfaction which is second to none.

 

Since the majority of our work is for the Pharmaceutical, Chemical and Food industries, we maintain a large skilled workforce with the specialized expertise required for these demanding areas, from UA-certified welders to testing and balancing experts. W.J. Post also has technicians certified in medical gases and backflow prevention.

• Strengths in managing large crews, running large scale projects, estimating, purchasing, and project management.

 

Mike Ramundo, Chief Estimator

• Over 22 years’ experience within the industry.

• Strong background in bidding, submissions, purchasing mechanical equipment and managing client projects.

• Works within the field to oversee projects and manage work.

• Eight plus years’ experience working with a large architectural firm managing multiple accounts with a background in design.

W.J. Post, Inc. has been in house at Novartis-East Hanover campus for over 45 years; this is a true testament to the quality of work, expertise of our team and hands on service offered by W.J. Post, Inc. Al Bocchino has been a long standing familiar face at Novartis and it is his “home base” where he manages all projects at the site for W.J. Post, Inc.

Our staff at W.J. Post, Inc. is comprised of Union trained, certified and highly skilled plumbers, fitters, welders and specialists who have the expertise and experience to complete projects right, the first time, every time. Our employees must meet the rigorous standards set by the Unions before they are certified, therefore all employees are fully screened, drug tested, vetted, trained and competency tested. W.J. Post, Inc. is signed with 3 local unions providing a large pool of labor to pull from if projects demand increased manpower at any time.
